Modern medicine and modern lifestyles, despite incredible technological advances, do not always provide us with the things we need in order to thrive. Using a functional medicine approach to nutrition and health coaching, I am dedicated to working with clients holistically along their journey back to vitality, paying attention not only to medical history and medication, but also to genetics, past traumas/life experiences, lifestyle, nutrition, stress, rest, and environment, in order to help them on their way to living their best possible lives.
