As a healthcare professional as well as a previous patient, I fully understand how you might be feeling. For this reason, I have dedicated the past twelve years to gaining the skills and experience necessary to join the dots for you. It is my belief that every person can improve their health, by adopting a holistic approach to wellness.

Modern medicine and modern lifestyles, despite incredible technological advances, do not always provide us with the things we need in order to thrive. Sometimes, they may leave us feeling as though we are barely surviving. Many chronic conditions have root causes that may surprise us, that we can address. We can learn how to give our bodies what they need in order to heal. What’s more, we can gain the skills we need to optimise our health in the long term.

Using a functional medicine approach to nutrition and health coaching, I am dedicated to working with clients holistically along their journey back to vitality, paying attention not only to medical history and medication, but also to genetics, past traumas/life experiences, lifestyle, nutrition, stress, rest, and environment, in order to help them on their way to living their best possible lives.

There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach here. Every treatment plan is tailored to you as an individual, and you will be fully supported along the way with personalised nutrition and exercise resources, recipe ideas, motivation, emotional support and encouragement.

When I first visited Rebecca’s clinic I was suffering with a condition that my GP and hospital consultant were struggling to offer a remedy route. It is difficult to find the time to focus on nutrition, when we are leading busy lives with so many distractions. Having a health coach enabled me to focus on what my health priorities were and gave me an alternative perspective on things. The sessions gave to renewed enthusiasm for cooking and baking, which I did not expect to happen. I have also started to prepare simple meals in the week and Rebecca helped me find healthy food that I would enjoy. Rebecca is a very good listener and was both encouraging and non-judgmental. She appreciates the challenges of everyday life and made suggestions that I could easily incorporate in a busy working week.
