The Shed is also a stunningly versatile space than can cater for private parties, workshops, dinners and business meetings. We have wifi and state of the art AV equipment for presentations.

Hire The Shed for your event

The Shed is a newly built contemporary space that is ideal for private parties and events, including adult birthday celebrations, funeral remembrances and business meetings. Our flexible in house catering menus are flexible to meet your needs and budget. The Shed is a totally private space accessed through the Café and can be exclusively reserved for your event. Alternatively, you can enjoy a smaller celebration in The Shed with friends and family without having to reserve the whole space.

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.

Pilates

Pilates plays a huge part in injury prevention and helps reduces lower back pain and posture.

Saturday Mat Pilates

Mixed Level Pilates including beginners for men and women, aimed at building core strength, balance and flexibility.

Chair yoga

Chair Yoga is a great way to keep the body mobile. You will be either seated or using the chair as a prop for more traditional standing postures.

Open focus attention

This is an excellent meditation practice that helps with physical pain, insomnia and anxiety and also boosts creativity.

Language classes

Beginners Spanish and French classes will give you the confidence for those quick trips abroad.
